A Golden Year for a Legendary Coin

The Sovereign 2026 Collection heralds another legendary year for the ‘chief coin of the world’, as we mark a stunning return to yellow gold following the end of the rose gold era of the coin in 2025. 

Both Proof and Bullion coins in the collection have been struck in yellow gold, with the bullion editions serving as our most secure yet, as the obverse and reverse have been enhanced with new security features. 

The 2026 collection also includes a silver edition of The Sovereign, struck for only the second time in its history, as well as a historic set that includes a Sovereign from the reigns of three British kings.
