  4. Customers will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditionsand agreed to be bound by them when they take part in the Promotion.
  5. The purchase of any product will also be subject to our Purchases terms and conditions (available at https://www.royalmint.com/terms/purchases/), and any other applicable terms and conditions which are listed in the Promotion’s webpages and/or your checkout journey, in the usual way.

The Promotion

  1. Free UK delivery and the following discounts apply to qualifying purchases made in a single transaction with the associated discount code:
    1. Spend £85 or more – save £10 – PURPLE10
    2. Spend £150 or more – save £20 – PURPLE20
    3. Spend £300 or more – save £35 – PURPLE35
    4. Spend £400 or more – save £45 – PURPLE45
  1. The relevant discount and free delivery code must be entered at checkout and will be applied once the qualifying spend threshold is reached. In the event of a technical or system error (including website glitches or checkout malfunctions), please clear the discount code, close your browser and try again.   2. Only one promotional discount will be applied per order. The highest eligible discount will be used.
  3. Free UK standard delivery is included with all qualifying orders.
  4. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions/discounts unless stated otherwise.

  6. Product exclusions apply and are subject to availability.

Spend and Save Exclusions

  1. The Spend and Save promotion does not include the following:

Free UK Delivery ExclusionsThe free UK delivery promotion applies to standard and special delivery on orders to the value of £85 and over, placed throughhttps://www.royalmint.com/)and delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom. This promotion does not include the purchase of any 886 jewellery.

Limitation of liability

  1. All decisions made by The Royal Mint relating to this Promotion are final and binding.
  2. Under no circumstances, unless required or prohibited by law (in which case your rights are not affected), will The Royal Mint:
    1. be responsible or liable for any loss, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the running of the Promotion; and
    2. be responsible or liable to compensate or accept any liability for any loss, damage, costs, expenses personal injury or death occurring as a result of this Promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of The Royal Mint.

General

  1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, The Royal Mint may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude individuals from participating in the Promotion.
  2. The Royal Mint reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  3. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other social media platform used by The Royal Mint as part of the Promotion.
  4. Any licensors of licensed products forming part of this Promotion are not involved or partners to the management or execution of this Promotion and prize. Any Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with these third parties.
  5. Personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion will only be processed as set out in The Royal Mint’s Privacy Policy.
  6. The Promotion will be governed by English and Welsh law, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
